Began mediating cases while representing defendants and plaintiffs in civil and commercial litigation in the mid-1990's.

Received mediation training in 2006 and began mediating cases in civil, domestic relations, and probate matters. Todd has mediated more than 1400 cases, and presently mediates an average of 12 to 15 cases per month, while continuing to maintain a full-time law practice.
